Yes, with your diagram and specifications, we can work out a counter sample for your confirmation. But for complicated products, It's best for you to send us samples for reference.

For sea or air shipment, you need to clear customs; courier shipment goods directly to your door, no need to clear customs. You can find a broker to clear customs for you, or you can do by yourself if you know the procedure. For handling charges, port charges and taxes, you can check with your broker, as it's different based on the country and port.
